Refund Policy

Rum Runners are an online store. And in general, all goods will be delivered by courier.

If during delivery goods are damaged or missing. Upon receipt of goods, you have three days to notify Rum Runners of an issue. Please email bruce@rumrunners.co.nz

A replacement product will most likely be sent, or if unavailable a suitable substitution or a credit.

To ensure a quick turnaround, please don’t destroy the product as we may request it to be returned. But we will endeavour to rectify the fault as necessary.

We can exchange the product if you have changed your mind. The original product will need to be returned in an unopened and resellable state (seals and labels intact). And a reasonable postage and handling fee may be incurred.

Please note under the Consumer Guarantees Act we are not required to give you a refund if you have changed your mind over a purchased product.
