Shipping & Delivery

The delivery of your goods will be delivered to the address given when you placed your order. We will make every effort to deliver products during the timeline specified on our website, unless we notify you of any exceptional delay. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as pandemics, extreme weather conditions, strikes or shortages, however we will do the best we can to ensure your goods are delivered promptly.

Please note that Rum Runners products are dispatched from New Zealand and should they be required to be returned, your goods will need to be sent back to Rum Runners in New Zealand.  Please refer to our 'Refund Policy’ here.

Upon purchase, it is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. A current contact number, and any additional helpful information (i.e. safe leaving locations) should be provided in order to avoid missed delivery attempts.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 working days. Deliveries for areas outside of major cities may take longer. Rum Runners accept no liability for the timing of your delivery, loss or damage to your parcel whilst in the hands of the courier. 

If during delivery goods are damaged or missing. Upon receipt of goods, you have three days to notify Rum Runners of an issue. Please email bruce@rumrunners.co.nz
