Compagnie Des Indes Blended Spiced

For this spiced rum Compagnie Des Indes started out with two separate character rums. One each from the Dominican Republic and Venezuela. 

Next they were blended 80 20. Naturally infused with a blend of spices across a two week period. Including black pepper, ginger, liquorice, vanilla, nutmeg. Final bottling also requires no colouring, as this is provided by the natural maceration of the spices during the infusion period.

Compagnie Des Indes also proudly note the use of sugar across their range, a mere 15g has been used in this bottle. A very different product to the majority of syrupy sugar heavy Spice Rums available in New Zealand. 

Enjoy in all your normal ways. But you certainly can be creative with it. Morning Coffee, late night hot chocolate. I think the best we have come across is splashed over Nanna's' fruit cake! If you don't tell her, we certainly wont.
