Blend of molasses and cane juice rums, this Brazil 8 Year Old rum was distilled in a multi-column still. With 80% of its aging on the continent.
Finished in ex Bourbon casks. and no sugar or sweeteners added. It is delicate and rich, mouth-watering right from the first sip. Its umami side is very pleasant, with its meat juices and barbecue flavours, together with toasted hazelnut and Sichuan pepper notes.
