A blend of two rums from two famous Jamaican Distilleries. Clarendon and Worthy Park.
These two estates are renown for producing rums in the 'Jamaican Style'. Which harness traditional pot stills and unique fermentation process's that go beyond standard, the recycling of leftover distillation waste into future fermentations these estates create rums with higher esther counts that give Jamaican rums their historically bold and heavy flavours.
These rums are then aged in ex bourbon barrels for no less than 5 years.
