This bottling contains a splendid heavy pot still white rum from the Long Pond Distillery in Jamaica with an ester level of 1200-1300 gr/hL, hence marked TECA.
Nose: Punchy at first, developing into notes of tropical fruits and flowers with a hint of burnt sugar.
Palate: Peppery with lush aromas of tropical fruits like papaya. A sweet touch of honey and slightly burnt notes in the finish.
