This offering from Companero offers an intense flavour profile. combined with a smooth taste. Very surprising, given its 54% alcohol finish. It isn't what you think.
This 12 year rum. Aged in ex bourbon barrels. Is finished in cacao seasoned casks prior to bottling.
This will elevate any chocolate or coffee style cocktails (Make those Espresso 'Rumtinis' really shine...). On its own lengthen with a bit of water and ice.
With a touch of imagination, this is a very versatile rum. Our current favourite is in Chocolate Mousse. But the options are truly endless.
